magicforestdesign, Via Canton, 38, 00144 Roma (RM), Italy. By placing an order or making payment you accept these terms.
2. Services
magicforestdesign provides digital design services including brand identity, packaging design, editorial design, digital illustration, social media design and UI design. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Payment
Payment in full is required before project work begins for fixed-scope projects. For larger projects, staged payment may be agreed in writing. All payments are processed via Stripe. We invoice in euros.
4. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Unused concepts and working files remain the property of magicforestdesign unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Two structured revision rounds are included in all packages. Additional revisions are available at the hourly rate specified on the pricing page.
6. Liability
magicforestdesign shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing law
Italian law applies. Jurisdiction: Tribunale Civile di Roma, Italy.
