1. Digital delivery
All magicforestdesign services are delivered digitally. Files are delivered via secure download link or file transfer service. No physical products are shipped.
2. Standard delivery timelines
- Brand Identity and Visual Systems: 4 to 6 weeks
- Packaging and Product Design: 3 to 5 weeks
- Editorial and Publication Design: 4 to 8 weeks depending on page count
- Digital Illustration and Pattern Design: 7 to 12 business days
- Social Media Design Systems: 5 to 8 business days
- UI Design and Digital Interfaces: 4 to 6 weeks
3. Project kickoff
Project timelines begin from the date of brief approval, not payment date. Brief approval typically occurs within 2 to 3 business days of payment.
4. Delivery acceptance
Clients have 7 calendar days to review final deliverables and raise written objections. If no objections are raised within 7 days, delivery is considered accepted.
5. Delays
Timelines assume timely client feedback. Delays caused by late feedback extend delivery timelines proportionally and do not constitute a breach of contract by magicforestdesign.
